Rear Extension Foundations — Brentwood
Complete strip foundation excavation and pour for a single-storey rear extension on a detached property. The site had clay soil conditions and a mature oak within 8 metres, requiring deeper-than-standard footings to NHBC Chapter 4.2 specifications. Foundations were inspected and signed off by building control first time.
Outcome
Extension foundations completed in 4 days. Building control sign-off achieved with zero snagging items.
Drainage Installation
Full Drainage Replacement — Billericay
Excavation and replacement of a complete foul drainage system on a 1960s semi-detached property. The original pitch fibre pipes had delaminated and collapsed, causing repeated blockages and sewage backup. We installed a new 110mm UPVC system with inspection chambers and connected to the main sewer.
Outcome
Drainage system fully operational within 3 days. No further blockages reported. 12-month workmanship guarantee provided.
Groundworks
Residential Groundworks — East London
Complete groundwork preparation for a semi-detached property including excavation, ground levelling, and preparation for new foundations. Working in a tight residential area required careful site management and coordination with neighbours.

Excavation
Mini Excavator Works — Essex
Precision excavation using a mini excavator in a tight rear garden access. The work included digging foundations for a new extension, with careful management of spoil in a restricted space. Modern compact machinery allowed us to work efficiently without damaging the existing property.

Garden Clearance & Landscaping Prep — Southend-on-Sea
Complete garden clearance including removal of old paving, tree stumps, and overgrown vegetation. Ground levelled and prepared with appropriate sub-base for a new Indian sandstone patio. Included installation of a retaining wall along the boundary to manage the sloped terrain.
